Refund Policy
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Etheriar provides software on a try-before-you-buy basis, offering free Demo versions for download to allow customers to fully experience the software before making a purchase. Online documentation for the software is also available, and we strongly encourage you to review it and try the software before making any purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
If you are not satisfied with software purchased directly from Etheriar (software purchased from a third party must be returned to the third party and is subject to the return policies of that particular reseller), you may request a refund by contacting our Customer Support Team (either by email or by phone) within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will not be issued for requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase date unless the transaction was a result of fraudulent activity.
Upon the approval of a refund, it should be reflected on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 business days. Upon receiving a refund, you are required to discontinue all use and delete all copies, whether full or partial, of the Software for which you no longer possess a valid, purchased license. Etheriar reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
1. Inability to operate the software in your computing environment.
2. Inability to use the software due to an operator error.
3. Refunds will not be granted for the difference between the price you were charged and any limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.
Please note that discounts or coupons must be applied before proceeding to the order check-out. We will not apply discounts retrospectively to orders that have already been processed.
